As a young, dynamic winemaker, Jeff wants to prove that wines can be made in a sustainable and durable way. His wines have an authentic, clear structure and yet he always surprises with new highlights; such as different barrique variations, mash fermentations and orange wines. His vineyards are mostly treated organically and planted with a wide variety of wildflowers to maintain an adequate flora and fauna. For the grape harvest, he relies on rigorous hand-picking, which can only be achieved by trained staff.

As a new, lively business, the team aims to provide customers with authentic, family-style advice and hospitality, especially in their wine bar. With its beautiful panoramic terrace, the winery is located directly on the hiking trail of the Saar- Hunsrück Traumschleife Palmberg Ahn. This makes the winery an attraction for hikers, tourists and nature lovers. Also regular customers enjoy a glass of wine at the architecturally sustainable, special winery.
