Gilles Lanners (*1994, Luxembourg) is strongly influenced by street art and graffitti and especially by various renownend artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat, Frank Stella and Piet Mondrian. '(...) the letters , emblematic elements of graffitti, are increasingly broken down and replaced by abstract, geometric compositions, inspired by design, architecture and science fiction among others.'
