Apple season is 'Viz' season!
Autumn is just around the corner! The apples on the trees have taken on their beautiful colours and are making us dream of apple pie, compote de pommes and 'Viz' (apple juice)! And it's precisely this 'Viz' that will be the focus of our intergenerational workshop in September! In a convivial atmosphere and with the help of our mediator, the apples will first be transformed into must, before giving their juice after several passages in the fruit press. The juice will then be bottled, and we'll decorate it with our own labels! A workshop for young and old (children must be accompanied by an adult), ending with the traditional afternoon treat.
