This bath promotes convalescence thanks to the soothing powers of lemon balm in cases of nervousness, mild depression or hypertension. It is also known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Nettle essential oil has a tissue-firming potential and thus helps to promote blood circulation.
