Höllenfang – Reading with Tom Hillenbrand

.. Höllenfang – A Culinary Thriller Reading with Tom Hillenbrand   In the ninth instalment of Tom Hillenbrand’s culinary thriller series, Luxembourg chef Xavier Kieffer travels to Normandy. When an old friend goes missing and a new restaurant burns down, Kieffer begins to investigate and uncovers some shady dealings involving fish. A former colleague of Xavier Kieffer opens a restaurant by the sea and invites the Luxembourg chef to the opening party. What makes the new restaurant special is that it serves only sustainably sourced fish. Shortly afterwards, the restaurant burns to the ground. There is no trace of celebrity chef Guy Molyneux. Kieffer discovers that other fish restaurants have also gone up in flames. Can this be a coincidence? Kieffer begins to investigate and discovers that the fish trade is an exceptionally dirty business, in which some people do not even shy away from murder.   Free entry ! Language: GERMAN Org.
