Some paths will lead you along the river for short distances, while others will take you deep into the woods, or still to the historical centre of a remote village. Follow trails that take you to higher ground, find the perfect spot for breathtaking views, or combine walking with wine tasting on a wine-themed hike.
Some of our best hikes, the three “Traumschleifen”, which have been labelled “Wandersiegel Premiumweg” by the German Hiking Institute, promise miles of enjoyment through a wide variety of landscapes. By opting for one of these loops, you can even hike through 3 countries in the space of 3 hours!
