How about a culinary workshop at the “A Possen” Museum? In our intergenerational workshop on March 14, the buttered slice takes center stage! In the first part, young and old alike (children must be accompanied by an adult) will learn, together with our cultural mediator, how to bake a delicious multigrain bread. Once this first step is completed, everyone can try churning butter and discover how people used to make it. The next step is to refine and shape the butter. After seasoning it to your taste with fresh herbs, the butter will be molded into special shapes and can be taken home wrapped in paper decorated by yourself. The workshop will conclude with a tasting of the buttered slices prepared together!
