Festival of Pinot

Pinot and friture festival in the most southern wine village of Luxembourg.

While the northern Luxembourg terroir is better known for its excellent Rieslings, the sites around Schengen are particularly suited for the production of exquisite Pinot wines (Burgundy wines). At the annual wine festival, you can discover the noble Pinots, from Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir to the internationally less known Auxerrois. Complete the wine tasting with a delicious “Friture de la Moselle”. No other dish is so associated with the Moselle region as the traditional dish made from fried, small Moselle fish. “E goude Patt” (a good glass) paired with a local Moselle dish are waiting for you in Schengen!
