Discovering your creativity and finding your own way of expressing yourself? – And all of this with no experience required and at your own pace?

Through playful exercises, we explore voice, body language, movement, creative writing and improvisation – sometimes alone, in pairs or as a group.

You don’t need any experience, you don’t have to prove anything, and you don’t need to be extroverted. There is no right or wrong, and no judgment.

Everything is welcome, nothing is required.
