Sainte-Croix chapel

A massive cross above the high altar is the centrepiece of the Sainte-Croix chapel, built in 1737. Three Stations of the Cross (1627, 1875 and 1956) are known to run alongside the path. In 1956, Mont Sainte-Croix and its chapel were declared Monument aux Morts (War Memorial) for the town of Grevenmacher. Since 2015, the site has been listed as a national monument.
