The circular hiking trail begins at the neo-Gothic church in Elvingen, which had been built in 1858. After the beautifully situated high trail, the view over the Perler Höhe and Moselle valley completes the panorama. You'll pass the woods of the Maus-Ketti-Trimm-dich path and reach the Kuebendällchen nature reserve. With more than 70 protected species of birds, rare butterflies and orchids, it offers a rich flora and fauna. You'rll return through the forest area a Lamert, where you can admire new secondary biotopes as well as the remains of an ancient hollow path (Hiehl).
